Popular historic sites such as Old Town and Markuskirche are in your itinerary. Get a sense of the local culture at Bahnhofstrasse and Museum of Art (Kunsthaus Zurich). Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the heart of the Jungfrau region, Interlaken became popular for its proximity to the mountains and lakes of the Bernese Oberland region.
Start off your visit on the 11th (Sat): take in the dramatic scenery at Trümmelbachfälle, then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Harderkulm, then tee off at Golf Club Interlaken-Unterseen, and finally glide through the air with a parasailing or paragliding tour.
