Toronto, Canada to Cordoba is an approximately 13-hour combination of flight, bus, and train. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or fly. The time zone difference moving from Eastern Standard Time to Central European Time is 6 hours. Here are some ideas for day two: don't miss a visit to Carrera del Darro, then see the sky in a new way at Science Park (Parque de las Ciencias), then steep yourself in history at Monasterio Cartuja, and finally don't miss a visit to Plaza de San Nicolas.

Traveling by car from Cordoba to Granada takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. When traveling from Cordoba in June, plan for slightly colder days in Granada, with highs around 35°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 19°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 22nd (Sat) early enough to drive to Nerja.
