Bucharest is known for historic sites, museums, and nightlife. Named after the monastery around which it was built, Sinaia is a mountain resort and popular holiday destination for Romanians and foreigners alike.
On the 28th (Tue), take in the dramatic natural features at Cabana Babele, pause for some serene contemplation at Predeal Monastery, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Ialomicioara Monastery and Cave. Keep things going the next day: take in the spiritual surroundings of Sinaia Monastery, explore the historical opulence of Peles Castle, then take in the dramatic natural features at Stancile Franz Joseph, and finally make a trip to Crucea Caraiman.

Timișoara is the capital city of Timiș County, and the main social, economic and cultural centre in western Romania.The third most populous city in the country, with 319,279 inhabitants as of the 2011 census, Timișoara is the informal capital city of the historical region of Banat.
