The country's second city, Cebu City boasts a number of interesting colonial buildings, thriving commercial areas, and historic temples.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Basilica del Santo Nino and Taoist Temple. Take a break from the city and head to Scuba & Snorkeling and Hermit's Cove. All of 7 km (4.3 mi) long, the island of Boracay remains an idyllic destination drawing beach-goers from around the world.
Start off your visit on the 30th (Tue): head outdoors with Outdoor Activities, then enjoy the sand and surf at White Beach, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Keep things going the next day: stroll through Bulabog Beach, see the interesting displays at Dream Land Trick Art Museum, tour the pleasant surroundings at Yapak Beach (Puka Shell Beach), then see the interesting displays at Sea Shell Collection by Argonauta Boracay, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Diniwid Beach.

You can do a combination of flight and ferry from Cebu City to Boracay in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight, bus, and ferry; or do a combination of ferry and bus. Expect a daytime high around 35°C in April, and nighttime lows around 29°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 1st (Wed) so you can travel to El Nido.

The coastal region of El Nido includes a mainland area of jungle, beaches, and cliffs, as well as 45 limestone islands and islets.
