A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Île de la Cité and Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre. For shopping fun, head to Le Marais or Champs-Elysees. There's much more to do: take a stroll through Montmartre, admire the landmark architecture of Louvre Museum, explore the world behind art at Musee d'Orsay, and contemplate the long history of Eiffel Tower.

Mumbai, India to Paris is an approximately 12.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from India Standard Time to Central European Time, which is usually a -4 hour difference. Plan for much colder temperatures traveling from Mumbai in October, with highs in Paris at 19°C and lows at 10°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Fri) early enough to take a train to Brussels.

The allure of the multi-cultural capital, Brussels, stems from its mix of political intrigue, artistic influence, historical significance, and a thriving social scene.
On the 5th (Sat), examine the collection at Atomium, then wander the streets of Place St. Gery, then contemplate the long history of Grand Place, and finally browse the different shops at Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. On the next day, head outdoors with Piscine L'Espadon, then examine the collection at Musical Instruments Museum (MIM), and then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral (Cathedrale St-Michel et Ste-Gudule).

Traveling by train from Paris to Brussels takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Paris in October: highs in Brussels hover around 16°C, while lows dip to 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Sun) to allow enough time to take a train to Bruges.

The medieval town of Bruges centers around a canal, and the architecture of its historical district has made it a World Heritage Site.
On the 7th (Mon), examine the collection at Choco-Story - The Chocolate Museum, contemplate the waterfront views at Minnewater Lake, take in panoramic vistas at Belfry of Bruges, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Basilica of the Holy Blood, and finally don't miss a visit to The Markt.

Take a train from Brussels to Bruges in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. October in Bruges sees daily highs of 18°C and lows of 10°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Tue) early enough to drive to Amsterdam.

Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Head to The Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery and Leidsepleinfor some retail therapy. Anne Frank House and De Nieuwe Kerk will appeal to museum buffs. When in Amsterdam, make a side trip to see Zandmotor in The Hague, approximately 1h 20 min away. And it doesn't end there: get engrossed in the history at Van Gogh Museum, admire the masterpieces at Rijksmuseum, take a stroll through The Jordaan, and take in the exciting artwork at KochxBos Art Gallery.
