In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Duomo di Milano and Il Cenacolo. Escape the urban bustle at I Falconieri del Feudo and Riva Bianca Beach. Take a break from Milan with a short trip to Sentiero 6 - Valbasca in Como, about 56 minutes away. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, get to know the fascinating history of Piazza del Duomo, explore the different monuments and memorials at Monumental Cemetery, and explore the historical opulence of Castello Sforzesco.
