You'll lose 1 hour traveling from Jakarta to Denpasar due to the time zone difference. Drive from Denpasar to Amed in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi and bus. Traveling from Denpasar in July, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit cooler in Amed, with lows of 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 28th (Wed) early enough to travel to Nusa Penida.
