The time zone changes from Pacific Standard Time to Eastern Standard Time, which is usually a 3 hour difference. When traveling from Las Vegas in June, plan for little chillier days in Cancun, with highs around 87°F, while nights are about the same with lows around 77°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Sat) so you can go by car to Chichen Itza.

Traveling by car from Cancun to Chichen Itza takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle; or take a bus. In June, plan for daily highs up to 91°F, and evening lows to 79°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sun) so you can go by car to Tulum.

Discover out-of-the-way places like Scuba & Snorkeling and Paradise Beach. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Tulum Archaeological Site and Museo de la Prehistoria Parque Dos Ojos. Go for a jaunt from Tulum to Coba to see Cobá Zona Arqueológica Cobá about 48 minutes away. There's still lots to do: see the sights as you ascend with a climbing tour, Head underground at Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum, and contemplate the waterfront views at Gran Cenote.

Getting from Chichen Itza to Tulum by car takes about 2 hours. Other options: take a shuttle; or take a bus. Traveling from Chichen Itza in June, things will get a bit cooler in Tulum: highs are around 85°F and lows about 73°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 1st (Wed) early enough to travel to Cozumel.
