Get outdoors at Mt Pilatus and Lake Zurich. Do some cultural sightseeing at Old Town and Museum of Art (Kunsthaus Zurich). Step out of Lucerne with an excursion to Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich--about 44 minutes away. Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the heart of the Jungfrau region, Interlaken became popular for its proximity to the mountains and lakes of the Bernese Oberland region.
Visiting Parasailing & Paragliding and Trümmelbachfälle will get you outdoors. Venture out of the city with trips to Bern (UNESCO-Altstadt von Bern & Aare River) and Grindelwald-First (in Grindelwald). There's lots more to do: trek along The Eiger, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Maennlichen, and take in the dramatic natural features at Aletsch Glacier.
