Traveling from Toronto in October, things will get a bit warmer in Matsuyama: highs are around 26°C and lows about 19°C. Traveling by car from Matsuyama to Kochi takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. October in Kochi sees daily highs of 28°C and lows of 19°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 17th (Thu) early enough to go by car to Takamatsu.
