One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Gyeongbokgung Palace and National Museum of Korea will appeal to museum buffs. Popular historic sites such as Changdeokgung Palace and Cheonggyecheon Stream are in your itinerary. Get out of town with these interesting Seoul side-trips: Paju (The Third Tunnel & DMZ Haemaru Village), Ilsan Lake Park (in Goyang) and Eulwangni Beach (in Incheon). Spend the 9th (Mon) exploring nature at Bukhansan National Park. Pack the 14th (Sat) with family-friendly diversions at Korean Folk Village. There's lots more to do: take a stroll through Insadong, get a taste of the local shopping with Myeongdong Shopping Street, take in nature's colorful creations at Namsan Park, and enjoy breathtaking views from N Seoul Tower.

If you are flying in from Algeria, the closest major aiports are Gimpo International Airport, Incheon International Airport and Osan Air Base. April in Seoul sees daily highs of 20°C and lows of 9°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel back home.
