Asheville nestles between two major mountain ranges in the scenic western section of North Carolina.
Step out of the city life by going to River Rafting & Tubing and The North Carolina Arboretum. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at New Morning Gallery and Woolworth Walk. There's lots more to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Biltmore, relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas, indulge your thirst for a good beer at New Belgium Brewing Company, and take a stroll through River Arts District.
