A city with character, Belfast remains a great place for a leisurely exploration, as it is still relatively undiscovered by foreign tourists, who usually opt to visit Dublin instead.
Get in touch with nature at Giant's Causeway and Broughshane Environment Waterfowl & Wildlife Trust. Get a sense of the local culture at Titanic Belfast and Ulster Museum. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Belfast: Causeway Coastal Route (in Bushmills), Moravian Cemetery (in Gracehill) and Dunluce Castle (in Portrush). There's still lots to do: steep yourself in history at Crumlin Road Gaol, get engrossed in the history at HMS Caroline, ponder the world of politics at City Hall, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Belfast Cathedral - The Cathedral Church of St. Anne.
