Iles des Saintes, a small archipelago of eight islands, remains largely unblemished by touristic developments, offering instead a serene and natural introduction to island life.
Get out of town with these interesting Iles des Saintes side-trips: Distillerie Bologne (in Basse-Terre), Saint-Claude (La Soufriere Volcano & Madatet Fishing) and Carbet Falls (Les Chutes du Carbet) (in Parc National).
