Prague lures millions of tourists each year with its World Heritage-listed medieval city center--a labyrinth of narrow lanes, bridges, cathedrals, and palaces overlooked by a thousand-year-old castle.
On the 2nd (Mon), admire the striking features of Dancing House, then get great views at Prague Astronomical Clock, and then take a stroll through StaromEstske namEsti. Here are some ideas for day two: pause for some photo ops at Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument, explore the historical opulence of Prague Castle, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Katedrala Svateho Vita, and finally snap pictures at Charles Bridge.

You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Kick off your visit on the 4th (Wed): steep yourself in history at Halaszbastya, take in the spiritual surroundings of Matthias Church, then take in the views from Szechenyi Chain Bridge, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika), and finally get a sense of history and politics at Hungarian Parliament Building. On the next day, take in the spiritual surroundings of Dohány Street Synagogue, appreciate the history behind Hősök tere, then examine the collection at House of Terror Museum, and finally steep yourself in history at Liberty Statue.
