The commercial capital of the country, Colombo has added modern touches to its colonial-era core, creating an exciting and eclectic coastal city.

Bengaluru, India to Colombo is an approximately 5-hour flight. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Bengaluru in December: high temperatures in Colombo hover around 36°C and lows are around 28°C. On the 26th (Thu), you'll have the morning to explore before heading off to Hikkaduwa.
