"Situated near the massive peaks of the Aiguilles Rouges and, most notably, the Aiguille du Midi, Chamonix is one of the oldest ski resorts in France and known as the Alpine Capital of the World.
Start off your visit on the 24th (Thu): stroll the grounds of Chamonix Cemetery, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Aiguille des Grands Montets, and then test the waters at Les Thermes de Saint Gervais Mont Blanc. On your second day here, get a new perspective on things with Boat Tours & Water Sports, then get outside with Aiguille du Midi, then admire nature's wide array of creatures at Parc de Merlet, and finally stroll through Sport 2000 Cham'Sport Aiguille du Midi.
