Barcelona to Puerto de la Cruz is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Central European Standard Time to Western European Standard Time, which is usually a -1 hour difference. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) so you can drive to Costa Adeje.
