Nordeste is a municipality on the northeastern part of São Miguel Island in the Azores. Your day by day itinerary now includes Praia Da Amora. Kick off your visit on the 5th (Thu): get outside with Praia Da Amora, then get impressive views of Lagoa das Furnas, and then stroll through Salto do Prego. Green Island
Known as The Green Island, Sao Miguel is the largest of the nine islands of Azores and is considered a natural paradise. These islands were discovered in the 15th century and, according to myth, are reputed to be part of the lost empire of Atlantis.
