A big city with a small-town feel, Portland is home to the country's biggest rose test garden, perched on a hill overlooking downtown.
Live Laugh Love Art and Rice NW Museum of Rocks and Minerals will appeal to museum buffs. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Powell's City of Books and Portland Farmers Market - Office Location.
