Nestled in one of the country's major wine regions, Cafayate and the surrounding area remain a top vacation destination throughout the year.Bodega Domingo Molina and Bodega Finca Las Nubes are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Visiting Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas and La Estancia De Cafayate will get you outdoors. Go for a jaunt from Cafayate to Amaicha del Valle to see Quilmes Ruins (Ruinas de Quilmes) about 56 minutes away. There's still lots to do: explore the striking landscape at Garganta del Diablo Salta and learn about winemaking at Estancia Los Cardones.
