North Korea travel guide
Probably the world's most reclusive country, North Korea remains off the radar for most tourists. The few travelers who realize it's actually possible to take a trip to North Korea end up exploring only a small part of the country, accompanied at all times by official government guides. Isolated from the rest of the world, this communist state exists outside the realm of the 21st century, playing by its own rules and living in the shadow of its hereditary rulers' powerful personalities. If you do choose to spend your vacation in North Korea, prepare to discover a place quite unlike any other in the world--where the surprises may in turn delight and unsettle.
