Cairo, Egypt to Casablanca is an approximately 8.5-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Cairo to Casablanca. In September, Casablanca is a bit cooler than Cairo - with highs of 30°C and lows of 23°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Wed) early enough to go by car to Asilah.

Asilah is a fortified town on the northwest tip of the Atlantic coast of Morocco, about 31km south of Tangier. Start off your visit on the 3rd (Thu): wander the streets of Asilah Medina, then enjoy the sand and surf at Paradise Beach Kaf Lahmam, and then pause for some serene contemplation at Church of San Bartholomew.

The laidback town of Essaouira, known for its forceful trade winds, attracts Moroccan and foreign tourists alike with its sweeping beaches and atmospheric, labyrinthine medina, a World Heritage Site.
On the 6th (Sun), trot along with a tour on horseback, surround yourself with nature on a nature and wildlife tour, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Chaim Pinto Synagogue, and finally examine the collection at Synagogue Slat Lkahal. On your second day here, add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, then wander the streets of Medina of Essaouira, and then stop by Flouka de Mogador.

Traveling by combination of flight and shuttle from Fes to Essaouira takes 6 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and shuttle. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Fes in September: highs in Essaouira hover around 30°C, while lows dip to 20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Mon) so you can drive to Marrakech.

You won't run out of things to do in Marrakech, a city where you can spend days exploring grandiose palaces and mosques, photogenic gardens, sacred tombs, and traditional mansions that evoke a bygone era.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Balloon Rides and Le Jardin Secret. Do your shopping at Jemaa el-Fna and The Marrakchi Guide. There's still lots to do: admire the striking features of Medersa Ben Youssef, contemplate the long history of El Badi Palace, admire the natural beauty at Jardin Majorelle, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Koutoubia Mosque.

Traveling from Essaouira in September, you will find days in Marrakech are somewhat warmer (38°C), and nights are about the same (21°C). On the 11th (Fri), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
