Mumbai to Srinagar is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train, bus, and taxi; or drive. Traveling from Mumbai in December, expect Srinagar to be colder, temps between 8°C and -1°C. On the 28th (Mon), you'll travel to Pahalgam.

Pahalgam

Across the landscape of alpine peaks, conifer forests, and mountain lakes that surrounds Pahalgam lie a number of sites of spiritual importance, and a great biodiversity of wildlife.
Step out of Pahalgam to go to Ahmedabad and see Amarnath Temple, which is approximately 1h 20 min away. And it doesn't end there: appreciate the views at Betaab Valley, stop by Khadi Bhandar, explore the activities along Sheshnag Lake, and tee off at Pahalgam Golf Course.

Traveling by car from Srinagar to Pahalgam takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In December in Pahalgam, expect temperatures between 8°C during the day and -1°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 31st (Thu) early enough to go by car to Srinagar.

Gulmarg

A popular skiing destination and a hill station in Jammu and Kashmir, Gulmarg features one of the highest gondolas in the world, reaching 3,979 m (13,054 ft) and offering fantastic scenery.
