Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Mon): explore the world behind art at The Hakone Open-Air Museum, then contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), then contemplate the long history of Hakone Shrine / Kuzuryu Shrine Singu, and finally get engrossed in the history at Hakone Sekisho and Hakone Sekisho Museum.
