A gateway to the island, Hakodate has gained a reputation for its waterfront attractions, its proximity to some of the island's most popular natural sites, and its seafood.
On the 20th (Wed), admire the landmark architecture of Goryokaku Park, enjoy breathtaking views from Goryokaku Tower, then get to know the fascinating history of Motomachi, then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mount Hakodate, and finally make a trip to Hachimanzaka.

Kick off your visit on the 21st (Thu): fly down the slopes at Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu Ski Place and then get outside with Niseko Annupuri. On the next day, contemplate the waterfront views at Mt. Yotei Spring Water and then get outside with Rusutsu Resort Ski.
