More than 20 million people call Cairo their home and, as soon as you set foot in the sprawling metropolis, it's evident they make it crowded and chaotic, but also exuberant and charming.
On the 23rd (Sat), delve into the distant past at Pyramids of Giza and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary). On the 24th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: see the interesting displays at The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, then pause for some photo ops at Great Sphinx, and then explore the ancient world of Meidum Pyramid.

An enviable location on the southern end of the Sinai Peninsula and year-round warm weather boost tourism in Sharm El Sheikh and make it one of Egypt's premier travel destinations.
Bring the kids along to Na'ama Bay and Shark's Bay Beach. Get outdoors at Scuba & Snorkeling and Ras Um Sid. There's lots more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at The Heavenly Cathedral, trot along with The Stable, and join the crowd at Ghibli Raceway.

On the 1st (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
