One of the largest resort towns in the Caribbean, Varadero boasts a 20 km (12 mi) long stretch of sand, lined with hotels and all-inclusive resorts.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Sat): enjoy the sand and surf at Varadero Beach, then admire the masterpieces at Mi Casa Beatles, and then tee off at Varadero Golf Club. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 17th (Sun): look for all kinds of wild species at Varahicacos Ecological Reserve, then contemplate the long history of Ambrosio Cave, then admire nature's wide array of creatures at Delfinario, and finally Head underground at Cuevas de Bellamar.

Kick off your visit on the 18th (Mon): admire the sheer force of Parque el Cubano, admire the sheer force of Salto del Caburni, and then identify plant and animal life at Topes de Collantes. On your second day here, enjoy the sand and surf at Ancon Beach, trot along with a tour on horseback, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Convento de San Francisco de Asis.

Get a sense of the local culture at Church and Convent of St. Francis of Asisi and Palacio De Los Capitanes Generales. Visit El Malecon and Old Havana for their historical value. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of Central Havana, examine the collection at Taquechel Pharmacy Museum, steep yourself in history at Fort San Salvador (Castillo De San Salvador De La Punta), and don't miss a visit to Plaza de Armas.
