Pearl of the Danube

You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Buda Castle, Heroes' Square and City Park Városliget. Visit Fisherman's Bastion and Liberty Statue for their historical value. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Faust Wine Cellar and Vajdahunyad Castle (Vajdahunyadvar). Next up on the itinerary: admire the striking features of Matthias Church, snap pictures at Szechenyi Lanchid, pause for some photo ops at Statue of St Stephen, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Dohány Street Synagogue.
