After decades of conflict, Luanda experienced a massive economic boom at the beginning of the 21st century, making it one of the most developed cities in Africa and a magnet for tourists.
Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Sun): contemplate the long history of Palacio de Ferro, make a trip to Mausoleum of Agostinho Neto, then get outside with Cabo Ledo, then see the interesting displays at Fortaleza de Sao Miguel, and finally stroll through Avenida 4 de Fevereiro.
