I was in Staphorst last summer ..I recommend visiting the museum in July and August ,on Wednesdays ,when there are open activities in the yard of the old farm .and you can take pictures .Staphorst..... more »

Piccolo ma curioso museo su Staphorst e i tempi andati. Ben allestito mostra oggetti e ricostruzioni di vita tipici del passato che nel paese sono rimasti ancora oggi, con gli abitanti che hanno scelto di rimanere fedeli alla tradizione. Merita una visita il paese, un po’ anacronistico, ma curioso e carino, almeno finché la modernità resta fuori. Ci può insegnare qualcosa.

Small but curious museum on Staphorst and times gone by. Well-staged shows objects and reconstructions of life typical of the past that have remained in the country to this day, with the inhabitants who have chosen to remain faithful to the tradition. The village is worth a visit, a bit anachronistic, but curious and cute, at least as long as modernity stays out. He can teach us something.
