    The museum was interesting and very nicely "done" so to speak. The only drawback was that all the explanations were in Dutch only. This is highly unusual nowadays, since we have hordes of tourists...  more »

    Its a lovely place for people who like history or just interested in knowing more about the city's past. Also children will love to discover different things about archaeology, geography, history and natural history in a fun way.

    Small museum, lots of interactive displays, but I think it could have gone into more detail with the natural history of the place. It was divided between the culture and the wildlife, and there wasn't enough space to give either subject the kind of thorough treatment they deserve.
