  • It is wonderful to find out that a place like the ABC stands accessible in the centre of the quaint city of Haarlem. A visit would definitely not be a waste of time for those interested to find out more about the architecture around, and its history. I personally do not speak Dutch and found it refreshing that the staff spoke very good English and guided me. Printed translations are available for those who prefer to be left alone. Well though of plan to keep children quiet by having some Lego. Having to remind parents to keep their children from disturbing others is not only embarrassing but could be unpleasant too. There are several other activities lined up for those deeper into architecture.
  • Not great for tourist. No info in English and no info about historic buildings of Haarlem. Staff were friendly and there is an area where you make buildings from Lego. Great if you are a Dutch speaker and into architecture.
