Trip Planner:   Asia  /  Thailand  /  Rayong Province  /  Ko Samet

Ko Samet, Rayong Province

Perfect for a short getaway from Bangkok, Ko Samet has staved off the overwhelming development present on nearby islands and still offers visitors clean sand, unbroken coral reefs, and quiet beaches. However, you will still find plenty of restaurants, accommodations, and shops for convenience. Consider renting a motorbike and exploring the island on your own. Be careful on the tricky Thai roads and remember to take pictures of your bike upon rental in case of scams. Our Rayong Province trip planner makes visiting Ko Samet and other Rayong Province attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.
