Spending time with some of nature's grandest creatures at ElephantsWorld, a center that is firmly focused on animal welfare, sustainability, and ecology. Established in 2008, this non-profit organization acts as a sanctuary for sick, old, disabled, abused, and rescued elephants, who enjoy a decent quality of life here. Feed them, wash them, and help with their care: the elephants here are treated with respect, having been taken out of poor conditions elsewhere. Staff will inform you as to the behavior of elephants in the wild, the dangers facing them, and what can be done to protect them. The camp people are very nice and helpful. The food was very good. Very clean place. Highly recommended for everyone. A unique experience.
他們一天吃五餐洗兩次澡，在牠們身上抹泥巴不只是為了好玩，是為了把身上的寄生... more »There are twenty elephants in the park, all rescued by logging or light, including a man and a woman who are more than one year old, and the first elephant born in the park. The dent in an elephant's grasis is not an abuse, it means that they are older than they are. The color of the mule on the neck represents their recent feelings, the white color is fixed, the color is the color is not the color ratio (usually does not release), there are some first-time encounters because of the field, we do not see in the park. They eat five meals a day and take a bath, and they do mud on them not just for fun, but to wipe the parasites off them. The environment of the elephant world is very good, almost no, except for the small and older have the gap, the other elephants are very free, but the most ideal is wild, but the elephants here are old and weak young, it is unlikely to travel. The mother elephant I ate to eat was called Giana, and she was a sweet-hearted elephant grandmother, and every time I had to put two watermelons, he would put the elephant's nose in her mouth, and there was a hole in his right ear...
Wow, what a great experience! This has been the highlight of our trip. I couldn’t stop laughing while bathing the baby elephant who was more playful than my two daughters. I have seen elephants in Thailand literally hundreds of times before but never had played with one like this before. Truly unforgettable.
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. If you do one thing in Thailand. Do this. These people are Amazing. They essentially are taking good care of the Elephants and raising money to house and feed them. They even keep very old and frail Elephants around long after they stop having the ability to eat solid/tough food. They make soft food for the old Elephants and put vitamins in the food for their health. They provide a once in a lifetime experience for tourists, which shouldn’t be missed. Thai people are kind with a big heart. Please support them. GO YELLOW TEAM!
