Relax in quieter atmosphere at Hua Hin Beach, a clean and well-kept spot well-loved by families. The long sandy strip does not attract the same raucous crowds found elsewhere, yet still features a good set of activities to satisfy thrill seekers, including water skiing, jet skiing, and windsurfing. Those who just want to laze around, read a book, or enjoy a stroll up to the rocky outcrops framing the beach can do so unimpeded by crowds and noise. Hua Hin Beach Reviews
Unsere etwas verspätete Hochzeitsreise führte uns u.a. nach Hua Hin. Ein traumhafter Strand zum Spazierengehen oder einfach auf einer Liege relaxen und dem Meer lauschen…. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. ... more »Our somewhat delayed honeymoon took us to Hua Hin, among others. A dreamlike beach for walking or just relaxing on a couch and listening to the sea.... The beach is very clean. It was very relaxing for us. We'll be back!
The water is not clear and I have no desire to soak myself in it. I thought the beach would be like Krabi but no. more »
This is a nice little beach. It's not huge but a cozy little beach that you can throw a blanket down on and catch some rays on. From the entrance you can walk down until you find a perfect spots. It's got some tourists but it's not overly crowded at all. Has some beach vendors, ice cream man, sarong guy and a couple others cruising up and down, but they aren't too aggressive. They seemed to be pretty cool. A simple "no thanks" and they went on about they're business. You can buy beer and beach toys, cheap souvenirs on the little road walking in. It seemed cheap to me!!! You can ride the horses there. That's always fun for everyone! We usually just go for sunrise with a bottle of champagne or something but this time we went a little later and hung out for a while played in the sand , It was a real nice time. I would recommend it to anyone.
A trip to the beach is tempting, especially when the sun is burning but I highly suggest you find something else to do than to visit Hua Hin beach. It's a tourist trap. Every single shop, restaurant and bar charges 3x the price of what is found in the city and is generally of lower quality too. The shop owners are really pushy and aggressive about selling you their overpriced goods. DO NOT GO INTO THE WATER!! it's filled with razor sharp rocks that you cannot see under the water. The amount of tourists coming out of the water, bleeding and some definitely needing stitches, makes this place look more like a Muay Thai stadium than a beach.
