Popular with both nature lovers and thrill seekers, Singha Park is made up of smaller attractions and large gardens. Take bike tours of the oolong tea plantations and fruit and flower gardens, or opt for a more relaxing tour on the shuttle bus. Along the way, zoom above the plantation fields on a high-flying zipline adventure, or experience another great viewpoint atop the rock climbing wall (it offers varying levels of difficulty). Do not miss the animal park, where you can feed giraffes, zebras, longhorn cattle, and more. must visit places of Chiang Rai. developed as a tea plantation by beer making company singha park is a huge park offering beautiful views and activities. there are very beautifully grown tea plantations , rubber plantations and other farms. but streets are lined with beautifully flowering trees on both sides. separate sections are made for beautiful flowering plants. huge lake at the center has swans swimming in it and gives a very wonderful look to the park. a small zoo is maintained in the park with zebras and giraffes and long horn cows. animals can watched from very close distance. the entry is free for all. bicycles, motorbikes , cars or pedestrians. ample parking points with enough parking space are everywhere . so are clean toilets. every other inch is covered with well maintained green lawn.there is a bus for a quick look of the park. its ticket is 100baht for adults.cafes and restaurant serve food at reasonable price.
Good place for a visit in Chiang Rai. Lots to see and do. Can rent bicycles to see the area or go by shuttle. There are around 6 stops that the shuttle will take you to and you can stay at each stop for as long as you like as the shuttle runs every ten minutes. Last stop is the adventure stop with a huge zip line facility and a zone for adventure for kids. A couple of nice eateries there too. Recommend going afternoon heading into evening so when you get to last stop the view should almost be of sunset and won't be too hot during the visit.
