  • beautiful place dada the owner who is behind the project is a passionate and an authentic Karen with her you will learn all there is to know about karens and elephants. You can feed and bathe an elephant for an afternoon. all this in an ethical way and in the respect of the animal. You will end the day with a delicious meal. here, there is no ultra tourist site and just a mass conglomeration of authenticity, sharing and respect for others
  • We spent a wonderful afternoon with Nhoi, one of two male elephants present here. Nada, the woman who takes care of the place, explained to us the connection between the Karen, the indigenous people of the region, and the elephants. We fed Nhoi (I do not know how it is written) we washed it and then we followed it for a walk in the forest we could even climb on his back, but not like the tourists do with a saddle that hurts the elephant but still raw on his head , in the ancestral way of this people. They do this especially to check if the elephant is in good health. Nada made us aware of the disappearance of elephant territory... An amazing afternoon with very nice people and a lovely elephant, we even had a delicious meal. If you want to learn more about indigenous peoples, respect elephants and come for authenticity, this is the place to come! Damien we had a wonderful afternoon at the coast of Nhoi one of the two evil elephants here. Nada, the woman who takes care of the place, explained the relationship between the Karens, the indigenous people of the region, with the elephants. We fed Nhoi (I do not know how it is written) we washed it then we followed it for a walk in the forest we were even able to climb on his back, but not as tourists do with a saddle that hurts the elephant but well to cru on his head , in the ancestral manner of this people. They do this in particular to see if the elephant is healthy. Nada has sensitized us to the disappearance of elephant territory... An amazing afternoon with very nice people and an adorable elephant, we even got a delicious meal. If you seek to learn more about indigenous peoples, respecting the elephants and you come to look for authenticity, this is where you have to come! Damien
