Lanna Traditional House Museum CMU, Chiang Mai

Smalluseum by the university of fine arts that includes 8 traditional houses of differing size. It costs 20 baht to enter and I was the only one there on a Sunday when everywhere is busy. Your could visit all homes inside when I visited but there is much inside and you might get bored of taking off your shoes all the time

Disappointed to find the site closed - despite google stating it was open and the front gate was open. The security guards stopped me and pointed at sign which stated it’s closed on public holidays despite today being a Sunday which shows clearly even on their own sign opening hours for today until 4.30pm. I am not aware that today was public holiday in Thailand.
