Wat Maha That Reviews

To see the different statutes that are damaged by time and events

All very beautiful but perhaps the most mystical and unmissable the famous Buddha in the tree and then the other giant scrambled Buddha carved into the rock. Pleasant and interesting day,as advice is a nice outing if done with a tour guide who tells the whole story and anecdotes of the place because it is very interesting .
Great place to visit. Around 2 hours by driving from Bangkok city. There’s a night market near by. Would recommend to stay there while u visit all the historic places. One day return seemed a bit rush to us and don’t forget that traffic near city. It’s a MUST not to wear the short tops , no sleeves, vest and short pants for both male and female. Need to purchase the ticket at front entrance before entering. Price around $50 bat per each visit.
This is my favorite site in Ayutthaya. Here is where the Buddha in the tree is, and the site is an interesting and serene place to walk around. You can see the burned walls and buddhas but the buildings seem well preserved. there is a park surrounding the site, which makes it feel more serene. some places with shade where you can ditty and relax for a bit before exploring again. Art the exit is nice to get done refreshments such as dragon fruit or done coconut water.
