Although they no longer operate, you can still tour the rooms and see the different types of pools.   • I wanted to see this place since I come to Stone Town regularly. There’s really not that much to see and little explanation. There was no guide when I came there and it cost me 5000 TZS. Took me about...  more »
  • These sites were used by sultans for their baths, exotic place, for those who have claustrophobia do not recommend. Pay up to get in. Hint, walk with money exchanged.

  • Very cool! Owner of local community center was very friendly and helpful with directions, there is a geocache located here (the only one in stone town) if you are in the know. Beautiful old buildings.
