Lido Locarno Reviews
Keine Frage: Das Bad ist schön und der Blick von den Schwimmbecken auf die imposanten Berge malerisch. Es gibt zwei grosse Schwimmbecken (innen und aussen), zwei Nichtschwimmerbecken (innen und aussen... more »No question: The bath is beautiful and the view from the swimming pools to the imposing mountains picturesque. There are two large swimming pools (inside and outside), two non-swimmers' pools (inside and outside), a toddler area, a wonderful outdoor thermal pool with massage jets and loungers, and additional water slides and fitness. The entrance area is suboptimally designed (path to the locker room identical to the way from the locker room to the bathroom). But what really annoys is that mobile phones are allowed in the bathroom. Everywhere there are parents, who have to photograph their achjasosweet child - in the pool, in the lying area, just everywhere - and take little consideration for the fact that as another bathing guest you might not necessarily want to take part in it. It's a mystery to me why this is allowed.
Très chouette sortie avec deux enfants en bas âge. Une piscine bien chaude idéale pour notre puce de 3 mois more »Very nice outing with two small children. A warm pool ideal for our 3-month chip
Best place to hang out in summer around Locarno. Has 2 Olympic swimming pools (1 indoor/1 outdoor), a heated pool, and 2 pools good for teenagers plus slides. It is a bit pricy but you won’t find somewhere else with the same choice and ambiance. Personally, the swimming pools being coated in scratchy cement rather than tiles is a negative point.
Perfect spot in summer. The view: priceless. The layout: Great combination of fun and action (springboard tower, really cool slides), indoor and outdoor pools and access to the lake. Lots of room to spread out and relax, shady areas, a little playground... Ducks a re a bit nosy, but this added to the fun. Did not test the fitness area and the restaurant.
