  • Besides the perfect layout of the factory inside and out, the Maison Cailler does not disappoint in the sheer beauty of the entire establishment. The tour allows one to not only explore the origins of chocolate, but also to become part of the production process of Cailler chocolates and eventually graduate as chocolate tasters and experts in the field of chocolatology. A fun time will be promised for individuals of all ages.
  • This is the best factory tour I've ever been on. The staff were friendly and multilingual. The audio tour was ready for many languages. The factory was generous with samples of the delicious chocolate. The tour was educational not only of this particular factory but the history of chocolate in the world. There is an opportunity for extra cost to make your own chocolate bar at the end. Booking the tour in advance is highly recommended (can be done on their website) to avoid a wait.
