Örebro Castle (Swedish: Örebro slott) is a medieval castle fortification at Svartån in Örebro County, Sweden. It was expanded during the reign of the royal family Vasa (House of Vasa) and finally rebuilt about 1900. Some of the rooms are used as classrooms for pupils from Karolinska gymnasiet.

    The castle with fantastic views of Svartån and Storbronbron is located directly in the center of Örebro. It is an impressive building surrounded by water and a park. Nice to visit and enjoy Sweden's.....  more »

    I visited Örebro Slott in the middle of summer and must admit i was kind of disapointed, it is a good place if you have small children with you because the activities mostly for them. Only very small....  more »

    Very nice place in center of the city. You can check almost every corner. You can sit on kings chair. You can shot with kids wooden guns. You can ride on wooden horse. It is really nice place in the center of the river.
