    An interesting stop for those who are interested in mining and geology. The "Black Mountain" is a quarry where the stone diabase is mined. There are historical remains of the working mine and bits.....  more »

    The first thing we were greeted with was absolutely amazing staff! So the start was perfect and so it continued with a very interesting round of well-cared for history. We finished with good food and refreshments and our own service to the dog who was also with us. We come back!!
