One of the nicest beaches we visited in sri Lanka. If you go the far end of the beach you can get into the sea easier, the end near the temple. Sunbeds were free if you bought a drink at most bars.... more »

Amazing beach with loads of restaurants and bars with a beach view. Do watch out for street vendors and don’t get ripped off though

One of the best beaches I have visited. But road access to beach is little narrow. Shallow water up to approx 150m from the beach. Natural coral layer makes safe zone to bath and swim. Recommended to go there for brake and try to go in the morning or evening due to sunlight.
