The tour is guided and the price is 5th overall rate. You can visit the church, where you can find some beautiful and huge frescoes of Goya on its walls. You can also visit the emeritorious of a Carthusian father. Visitable are also its 16 chapels, all of them magnificent, dedicated to a different advoation. To highlight the chapel of San Bruno, founder of the Order of the Carthusians. You can finally visit its winery, where on the day of our visit there was a temporary exhibition of very good watercolors. The duration of the visit is 90 minutes, but it falls a little short in time. Once the details are finished, they should leave a little time to enjoy the details.

It's far out of Zaragoza, so it takes time to get there. It's a 400 year old Chautreuse Monastery that no longer is managed by the Catholic founding organization. Chemin Neuf, a new Christian organization, manages the place and has created a community of 80+ people of different Christian denominations who live, work and try to fix up the place up with the income from visitors. There are beautiful Goya frescos in the Monastery Chapel, but pictures of them are not allowed.
Worth visiting for the seven early Goya paintings. The size of the place is impressive.
