Admire paintings, drawings, sculptures, and historic artifacts at Museo de Bellas Artes de Valencia. The museum houses some 2,000 works, most dating from the 14th to 17th centuries and mainly religious in theme. Marvel at masterpieces such as El Greco’s "St. John the Baptist," Goya’s "Playing Children," and a self-portrait by Diego Velázquez. The gallery is not only filled with works of beauty, but is set in an architecturally stunning building: St. Pius V Palace. Take time to appreciate the striking Baroque building, which was built in the 17th and 18th centuries. Pick up some literature on your favorite artist at the bookshop. Grab a snack at the on-site cafe, or head next door to the royal gardens and enjoy a picnic. Apparently, many did not understand (this is also a question to descriptions), and a little deeper google laziness. So here we are. It's NOT BOSS. This is MASTER Bosch. • An very brilliant and magic place, where people can learn about the Ancient Art History since medieval period until the nineteen and begins to twenty century
  • Spent a couple of hours in splendid surroundings looking at beautiful and thought provoking art. Then enjoyed lunch in the adjoining restaurant. A great afternoon in a great city. Highly recommend.
