Admire the impressive neo-Gothic facade, towers, and ornate interior of Basilica de San Vicente Ferrer de Valencia, and pay your respects to missionary and logician St. Vincent Ferrer. Ordained as a saint in the Roman Catholic Church, St. Vincent was a Venetian Dominican friar. The basilica was erected in 1906 to commemorate him, and includes a dramatic exterior and interior. Enter to view the stained-glass windows throughout the structure, which pay homage to his work. The church has a Latin cross plan with five naves; the main nave features elegant pointed arches and Corinthian capitals. The facade has two impressive towers, each 39 m (128 ft) in height, with needle-like spires at the top.
