I was there watching the House Museum of Pizarro and I was delighted although I found that House very small; I later found out it belonged to Don Francisco Pizarro's father. I also saw the Palace of the Conquest of the Pizarro; this Palace was of the brother of Don Francisco Pizarro, Hernán Pizarro and pizarro's daughter, Doña Francisca Pizarro. The statue of the conqueror is made by an American and is located in the town square, is beautiful and reflects the bizarre and pomposity of the conqueror. Next to the statue is the Palacio de los Pizarro with some stone-carved figies of Pizarro, his brother and the daughter of Pizarro, very beautiful. Overall I liked it very much but I think it is all in a slightly sloppy state of conservation.

It is located in the residential house of Pizarro, WS but part of the house. Downstairs are the kitchen etc and are some general items on display. On the first floor, information is given about the route Pizarro has traveled in South America and his life and family tree. Interestingly, I would have expected a little more objects from these countries. Nevertheless, this museum is well worth a visit. At half an hour you have enough.
A very nice place to visit and to remember my trip to Peru. Trujillo is a very interesting place to discover and to stroll about.
It is great located, the sunset there is beautiful, it attracts attention. Inside if you go with guide they explain in a very detailed way the life of Pizarro and it is very interesting. Repeat.
